These Guilt-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are AMAZING!
Now, just because they're healthy, does not mean you should eat 10 of them. They should still be a treat, but at least you can rest assured that it was good for you.
It's a super simple recipe, so here goes.
4 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
8 Tbsp Regular Chocolate Shakeology or other Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla
PB2 (Or Almond/Peanut Butter)
Sea Salt (Optional)
4 Mini-Cupcake Liners
Melt the coconut oil in a mug in the microwave. Mix in the Shakeology and Vanilla. Spoon the chocolate mixture into 4 mini-cupcake liners. Sprinkle just a little sea salt on top (optional). Mix the PB2 with water and place a dollop on top of each chocolate cup. Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes and ENJOY!
