30 Day Happy and Fit Challenge

Who wouldn't like to be more HAPPY and FIT?!

I have been wanting to put together a 30 Day Happy and Fit Challenge for a while now. Why? The science behind being happy fascinates me. I like to believe there is a formula to it or at least something close. 

Because it's a topic I love and feel passionate about, I am super excited to announce that I will be hosting this Happy & Fit Challenge starting MONDAY FEBRUARY 2ND (Right after Super Bowl Sunday)!

So don't worry. You can go to that Super Bowl Party and then join me for 30 Days of healthy eating, fitness, and most importantly a NEW HAPPIER YOU!
